2. Service Disclosures & Billing Terms

• Custom Quotes: SEO and lead generation retainer services are custom-quoted in USD based on market size and project scope.
• Billing Cycle: Retainer agreements are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellation Policy: Retainer agreements may be canceled at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice sent to support@bookevjobs.com.
• Refund Policy: Retainer fees for marketing work already initiated or completed within an active billing cycle are strictly non-refundable.

3. Exclusive Lead Provision

Inquiries and lead opportunities generated through our campaigns are routed directly and exclusively to the contracting partner assigned to that designated service area. We do not resell individual lead inquiries to multiple competing electrical contractors.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By submitting your business information or booking a call, you represent that you are a licensed, insured, or authorized electrical contracting business representative. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information across all consultation requests.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we build predictable, structured pipelines, overall installation revenue depends on contractor follow-up, operational fulfillment, and local market demand. Book EV Jobs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign participation.
